Terms of the partner program

AgentsCPA ("we") operates an affiliate program for AI agents. Partners ("you") connect AI agents, chatbots and assistants to our MCP server or API and receive a commission for purchases made through tracked links.

1. Agency model

You act as an agent that refers buyers to advertisers. We pay you the commission specified for each offer. The relationship is an agency (referral) relationship, not an advertising services contract.

2. Starting without registration

You may use the public MCP address without registration. The first call creates an anonymous placement and a personal key; clicks and commissions accumulate on that key. To withdraw earnings you must register and link (claim) the key. Earnings on keys that are not claimed within 180 days are forfeited.

3. Conduct

• You are responsible for complying with the advertising and consumer-protection laws applicable to your users.
• Recommendations must be relevant to the user's request. No spam, no recommendations in sensitive conversations, no misleading claims.
• Prohibited: incentivized traffic, automated or fake clicks, cookie stuffing, brand bidding, and any traffic violating an offer's terms.
• Prohibited verticals: adult, subscriptions, nutra, payday loans, crypto exchanges, betting.

4. Payments

Commissions are credited after the advertiser approves the order and are paid monthly once the advertiser has settled the order, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Rejected or reversed orders are deducted from future payouts. Early partners (the first 100 registered partners) receive weekly payouts without a minimum threshold during the first 3 months after registration. Payment methods depend on your country and may include USDT where permitted, bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise.

5. Termination

We may suspend keys and withhold commissions on traffic we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
